Happy to report that the tires are great in their first 10 miles. I will say that with the pro suspension the ride is still pretty damn plush.

In its natural habitat (HD is next door).

For those wondering, the tires DO rub if you have the dented bumper mod.

Sigh. Guess I’ll have to mount the Expedition One bumper that’s been sitting in my living room for a couple months.

I fixed a rear bumper cap that looked like that.

    Instructions:

Sit on ground with feet in the middle of the rear tire and bumper cap at chest. Grab the cap as tight as you can and pull that fucker with all the leg strength that you have. boom, no more rear cap in the bedside. in your case, no mire tire rub :).

Oh I can fix the bumper. But the dent may have convinced my wife that a metal bumper is the way to go. That fact that it will eventually have a winch may have been omitted.

I like those! Probably going to run those on our grand Cherokee when the time comes. Thought about putting those on my truck, but ended up just getting what I wanted originally with the wheels and ridge grapplers.

Looks great! I've been eyeing those tires as well for when it's time for new ones. Is that the HD off 82nd Ave? Looks familiar...

Ah, gotcha. We have a HD right next to a PetSmart with a Banfield here in the Portland area as well—even the building style/architecture is the same. Must be a common setup!

Looks great. I’m considering those in that same size when my current 275/70/18 BFG/AT KO2s wear out. The price on those Wildpeaks is very appealing, and they seem to get good reviews online. Other choice is the US-made Mickey Thompson Deegan 38 A/T in the same size, but they’re much pricier and their all-terrain tread isn’t as aggressive as the Wikdpeaks or BFGs. That or go up another size to 285/70/18s, but not much selection in that size and much more expensive.
