Typical summer camper- but looking to get out more in the winter time- looking for tent heater recommendations.
    RTT - 23zero walkabout 72w annex

    considering the winter liner.

I have that same setup without the winter liner. I just did a couple nights in the upper 30’s / low 40’s with a buddy heater on the floor of the annex. It heated the whole tent really fast so I shut it off overnight and fired it back up in the morning to take the chill off.

I imagine with the liner it would really hold the heat, I just haven’t gotten around to ordering one yet.

I don't have a similar setup, but I use my Buddy heater in my trailer if I don't feel like firing up my furnace. It works well even in my 7x16 to take the chill off.

Nice! Yea we did some low 40s last weekend and our wool blankets did us right, but anything lower we will need some extra warmth, and im not all about packing 4 blankets or extra sleeping bags.

We utilize the buddy heater as well. It works extremely well. We’ve been out in temps down in the twenties and have been able to keep a 2 and 5yr old warm overnight.

we put the heater in the cvt annex and let the warm air flow up. If we put the cold weather cover on our cvt then it can get hot in there even at 30 degrees.
I’ve considered going to a forced air diesel heater but the buddy heater is just super cheap and easy, and I already have propane onboard.

Hopefully you rock a CO2 detector in this situation. It just makes sense
