Other than a turkey I have no clue, the wife is taking care of all that. Plus it's just the 3 of us and my kid's leave is up and he flies back early Thursday morning so not going overboard.

I'm in charge of the meat and chimichurri. Since the oldest is home on leave we are cooking what he wanted. He leaves next week.

I don't have to cook, I just have to eat . Going to our daughter's tonite for lasagna and to the in-laws tomorrow for a traditional Italian Yooper Christmas dinner... chicken and spaghetti.

    To the original question...nothing!

We go to my BIL’s house. They are Puerto Rican and Cuban. This is the one day I just get to eat and drink and put in no work. There will be a lot of the same stuff Eddie mentioned and Carnitas, Yucka, monkey bread..and my all time favorite Gringo salad. Which is mac salad made for me with no eggs. Last year I tried to convince my mother in law she was racist for calling it “Gringo Only Salad”.

Oh and I’m sure there will be shit talking

    Fajitas tonight.
    Tenderloin and fixing for tomorrow.

Have half the kids here tonight so they are going to open presents tonight. Then we are playing Ticket to Ride. They are making Christmas cookies now to decorate. I thinks it’s cute they want to since they are all 16-23 now.

We do family Christmas on the 27th. I'm doing a ham on the smoker and grilled tuna steaks. My daughter is making collards simmered in leftover smoked turkey carcass. There's apparently a lot of other stuff too
I think we're making leftovers for the first half of January. There will also be libations.
