tech12volt JBL staduim amp issues . READ IF YOUR AMP IS CUTTING OFF

    If you have one of the JBL stadium amplifiers and they are cutting off randomly please email paula lentz my shipping girl your serial number for the amplifier and when you purchased it with your shipping address . Also please specify what subwoofer you are running with this amplifier . I have JBL finally agreeing there is an issue with these some of these amps during a certain serial number run . Email paula at paulalentz21@gmail.com . I am doing my best to get everyone taken care of as quickly as i can but this has been a huge headache getting a hold of anyone at JBL

    Yes as was I on 2 separate vehicles . Then making 50 calls trying to get some one at Harman to answer my emails and voicemails. I spent my entire vacation making phone calls to them. Trust me I am not happy about this either

    I seem to be having a similar problem with the infinity non JBL amp as well. Anyone else?

    Infinity Kappa 5. I had an audio guy install the amp for me. I thought there was a problem with the Bluetooth at first. It cuts out sometimes multiple times but only for a second or two then comes back up. Weird.

    we have not seen it with the Kappa 5 . it is not on signal sensing is it?
