Super white vinyl wrap

Just bought my wife a new 2018 Sequoia in super white, I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any place that stocks vinyl wrap to match Toyota super white. I need to get rid of the chrome on the front end. Thank You!

When I had my 2017 super white I had samples of 3m and Oracle and neither one was close enough for me.

I use this vinyl on any super white vehicle. It is used on a lot of parts of this truck. Front and rear bumper, grille surround and bulge, mirror caps, grille letters.

@DecalsByDesign how much of that film do you need for mirrors caps and bumpers? I’m debaitng if I should try this out...and how long does it stay on for? Any videos on installing? Difficulty?

If you want to send me 20 bucks I can send you a couple chunks of super white vinyl. Not terribly difficult. YouTube vinyl wrapping a mirror and you should come up with a ton of stuff.

 

Really like the matching color on the bumper, def gonna be looking into doing this myself.

Well I’m now chrome free but went different routes...TRD pro grille...vinyl wrap on hood bulge by a local company where i live. Front bumper covers and also had rear bumper covers but just sold them when I got rear ended.

A little late to this party, but approximately how many feet did this take? 5ftx25ft enough for the bulge, grille surround, 4 bumper corners, and mirror caps?
Def. going to need some extra as itll be my first go around at wrapping lol

Might just do the 4 corners after watching some videos. Just curious as to how many ft to get.

 

I’ll typically use 2 yard for grill and bulge, 1 per bumper and scraps for caps. It’s tough to wrap these pieces. Got some primer for the bumper edges. Front bumpers take some technique

Wow. Is that pretty much all labor? Does it take all day to install it perfectly? The color matched factory parts are just barely more expensive than that.

 

just to understand, you mean primer before wrapping the bumper caps?

 

I did both front and rear bumpers myself. First time doing vinyl and it took me several hours to do just the front. It came out pretty good overall and has lasted, but I'll probably end up powdercoating them once I get a bigger oven.

 

3m tape primer just to cover the edges inside the fender well and along the bottom. It just adds adhesive to those spots. I don’t use primer on much but these bumpers is one thing that really benefits.

 

Is it possible to use the wrap on a canopy? Is the wrap able to overlay on each other? I couldn't find anything online about how to do a canopy.
