Does anyone know what wiring harness I need to use to install a Kenwood deck with a kicker 12 inch sub and amp?

There are off the shelf harnesses for the deck. Crutchfield could recommend the right one. As for the Amp and sub, *********.com makes one and so does oemaudioplus.com
