    Cored out 20 decent size jalapeño peppers , stuffed with a mix of cheddar and cream cheese seasoned with my favorite bbcue rub. A half slice of Carolina squealer to cap off the top and pin with a tooth pick-this holds the cheese in while it roasts...yep a hot home run! Caution flag- remove all seeds from pepper during prep and naturally remove the tooth pic before eating. Enjoy with an ice call frosted mug of your favorite hops!
