Hi I’m a new member. And I am looking for an answer to an electrical problem that I’m having. My 2007 tundra acts like the battery is dead, won’t start, solenoid just clicks. Headlights worked fine. Even with emergency start battery charger it will turn over a few times and then that’s it. Please advise. Thank you CraigB

Oem tonneau, side steps, spray in liner. Trd skidplate.
With an '07, I would start by checking ground wire connections.

check your battery. If it is weak and going it it can cause all sorts of weirdness. Check it even if has been recently replaced, new ones can have bad cells.

We had a similar issue on a V-6 Lexus. The contacts in the starter solenoid were burned to a crisp.
I replaced the contacts and put it all back together again ~ problem solved.
The R&R of a starter is quite easy on the Lexus but the Tundra V-8 ~ not so much.
Smart money would have you replacing the starter and solenoid at the same time.
However, Toyota starters are rarely the issue ~ it's typically the contacts in the solenoid.

Start easy & cheap & take a wire brush to the battery terminals and inside the battery clamps. I've seen that be an issue before. Actually happened on my '16.

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! Does it do more if you connect jumper cables from a vehicle (same size vehicle) and try to crank it with the other vehicle running? That might determine whether it's the battery or the solenoid/starter.
