I keep a bag of tools in my truck under the rear seat which fit just fine in my Silverado but cant fit in the under seat storage on my 18 DC without pushing the cover up and therefore the rear seat. Anyone find a solution that fits and keeps the tools from flying around?

Maybe do the rear seat fold down mod and fit the tools behind the seat?

    Otherwise, repackage em-?

For my double can I got one of those tool rolls and if I don’t roll it tight it fits in the underseat storage. If I need more than the basics I have in there for something then I have to bring a toolbox.

I did do the rear seat modification but that doesnt have enough space for a bag of tools. More for an umbrella or rifle. Maybe i have to get multiple rollup tool rolls....but hoping for a better solution

Did you try just taking the storage doors off? They slide right out. You could gain another 1-2" by not use them I bet. See how far down they sit in the above pic?

I have tried that but those storage bins only provide about 6 inches of depth....even splitting up my tool bag into 2 smaller bags didnt fix the problem
