I have a '14 1794 and have a thumping I can hear and feel when driving and turning the wheel past the 11-1 o'clock positions. The more the turn, the more the noise. I have searched the forums as best I could to look for answers before asking for opinions.

Already: replaced both CV axles. Rotated and balanced 4 matching tires on stock rims, Had a 4 wheel alignment, checked all diff and axle fluid levels, checked tie rods, checked shocks/struts.

No creaking / popping / whining...just thumps that are felt in steering wheel more than heard.

Can anyone think of something my mechanics and I missed please? Driving me batty and I want to make sure it isn't becoming a safety issue!

    Thank you!

Play in the ball joints? Lift a front wheel and see if it has play

    Stock, lifted?

LCA bushings can pop while turning.

How about turning with brakes applied and without, is it the same?

Could be a wheel bearing failure. Maybe get a second opinion from another shop that specializes in Toyota's because your current guy seems to be fixing everything but the issue.
