I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra 4.7l V-8 with about 150,000 miles on the engine. I was driving to work and my truck begins to lose power and wouldn't go into passing gear. I could ease into the gas and it would gain speed to about 60 mph but was sluggish and the engine light began to flash. I get it home and ran the codes. It was p0305 cyl 5 misfire, p2441 secondary air injection system switching valve stuck closed bank 1, p1445 secondary air injection system switching valve stuck closed bank 2, p1442 secondary air injection valve stuck open bank 1, p0307 cyl 7 misfire, p0300 random multiple cylinder misfire, p2757 torque converter clutch control solenoid circuit, p0301 cyl 1 misfire. My dad told me he thought I was in limp mode. Thought the secondary pump was causing the engine to drag. I bought the pump, intermotor, 2 air switching valves and 2 vacuum switching valves. As I replaced the parts I saw where the vacuum hoses were destroyed and not attached between the vacuum valves and the switching valves. Also the air tube on the passenger side wasn't attached to the switching valve. Although I found these issues I still used all the new parts when putting everything back together. I replaced the intake and everything in that process. I reset the codes and crank the truck and it sounds like its running good. I go to drive it down the road and it still isn't gaining speed correctly and the engine light is flashing again. I read the codes and I'm getting p0300, p0301, p0303, p0305 and p0307. It says its misfiring on all the driver side cylinders. Is this about to become a timing issue or could it be something simpler than that?

Sounds like that hood needs to be opened more with all those hose issues.
I would be suspecting the driver side CAT were it mine.

Has any standard maintenance been done like plugs, filters, oil changes? I agree with BubbaW looks like the hood needs to be opened more. Give it a good visual going over along with any over due maintenance.

I would also agree that the hood needs to be opened more. I've only had the truck a couple months. I did an oil change when I got it because I didn't know the maintenance history. So the vacuum hoses I mentioned are pictured. I know it doesn't give an idea where they were located but I've determined they were probably damaged from heat that came from the air tube that was attached on the passenger side air valve. Its pictured as the top one in the 3rd pic. Notice the discoloration? That's from where the air tube wasn't bolted on. I haven't replaced the plugs or coils or any filters yet.

Those hoses go to the switching valves. I’m not sure what would happen if they fail, never seen that happen before.

    A code and limp
Mode obviously. But don’t think it’d cause a misfire.

Inspect all the wiring on the truck first off. Mouse or something chewing the wrong wire can cause a lot of issues. Past that I would try a compression test on the 4 misfiring cylinders. Make sure they’re good before dumping money on parts you may not need.

Also there’s ground wires on the engine. Make sure they’re attached.

When I replaced all the secondary air pump, intermotor, 2 air switching valves and 2 vacuum switching valves, that's when I found the damaged vacuum hoses and replaced them while putting it all back together. The switching valve codes and air bank codes went away as well as the torque converter code. But its still throwing the code for all the odd number cylinders misfiring randomly

For some reason, after resetting the ecu everytime I gut that p2441, it just fixed it self overtime. 265,000 miles and did not replace any part back there.

Kinda like working out the cob-webs up in those hoses and chambers so that engine/ecu mojo is restored.

Thinking you may be out of luck here. We get so many fly-by-nighter posters here who only come b/c they have an issue. Then solve it. And never bother to say what fixed the issue, and this is looking like another one of those:

Sounds like he threw a lot of unnecessary parts at the SAIS...maybe just needed vacuum hoses....
