Start up problem

    2001 toyota tundra sr5 4.7 v8
    Nothing yet but came with rough country shocks and 33' mud tires just got to replace first car in october and also replaced battery with interstate and new alternator oh ya the truck has been rolled and fixed back up newer 4.7 od says 130,000 but engine was replaced when flipped at 100,000 so 30,000 on motor and 130,000 on everything else
    So when i start up my truck it sounds like a grinding sound is how i could describe it but anyways ever since my truck has been losing power i started having this noise start any info on what i should check or replace would be helpful
