mine sounds similar, pretty sure its coming from the poly bushings on my total chaos UCAs..i grease them often but i figured its just something id have to live with.
im not 100% sure though so im curious to what others might have to say

yea maybe, i've read somewhere too that if something isnt torqued to the correct ft lbs it can cause squeaking

I had a similiar issue. The bottom shock mount bushing was the problem. You can either spray it with lube or replace the bushings. I don't know if your aftermarket shocks are serviceable. OEM shocks are not and have to be replaced.

Mine squeak as well. I haven’t been able to find what it is.
But I’ll definitely try the bottom shock mount.

I cringe whenever I’m in a parking lot or something and there’s people around and it starts squeaking.

Don’t go spraying everything at once. Only spray one component at a time so you can track down the source.

Mine squeaks. I looked and I guess I left off one of the leaf spring plastic buttons. Anyone have one they'd throw in an envelope?

Played around today. And notice something off. FEA63210-85BC-4227-BF8C-FA9CF4CF1813.jpgFE5C76A4-AD76-4037-A2AB-6D7F0110BD29.jpg
First thumbnail is driver which shows a lot of thread. 2nd is passenger. So after jacking the truck up, these washers in the pics, 4E27C78F-C06D-4F1C-A5B2-CB09451D23F8.jpg8D5D81C2-F1F3-433E-B106-4B78C7E7EEBF.jpg I touched one and they had about 1/8” of play and the driver side one was still perfectly tight. So I dropped the truck and both washers are sit properly but when the suspension cycles it compresses and allows the passenger side washer to move. So i put some grease and it WORKED!!!

So my other question, how do I torque that nut down so the washer is tight on the inner bushing? Do I need to take the shocks off? Take off the preload from the spring?? Any help be appreciated

Two wrenches. Open end on the top of the shaft and box end on the nut.

Do I need to jack the tires off the ground? I have a spring compressor to relieve some tension

nah, just go for it. that won't have much of any tension on it, it's all on the spring and the 4 nuts/studs around that shock shaft.

Not sure if this would apply to a Tundra but on my 14 Raptor I had to rebuild the front Fox shocks and after they were reinstalled I had a squeaking noise, after some research I found that this was common problem if the bottom bolt was not torqued to the correct 600 ftlbs. If not torqued to that it left a tiny gap that allowed the poly bushing to move side to side causing the squeak. I got it torqued properly and the squeak went away.

Works like a charm. While the truck was down it was actually easier hahaha
