had bilstein 6112 set at 2.5 height and SPC UPC arms. Stock wheels. The upper control arm sticks out further and is rubbing tire. I thought these solved problems. Shop installed it all

Post a pic.....I went with 1.25" wheel spacers to fit LT275/70/R18's with stock TRD wheels. Zone Off Road UCA's. Great alignment. No issues. Plenty of clearance from the UCA's. Some members are using Bora wheel spacers at 1" with clearance but there is a lead time on them.

Where is the UCA making contact with your tire? At full droop? Is the spindle making contact at static?

It's all about wheel offset. TRD wheels are +60mm. TRD wheel back spacing comes into play bigtime depending on the tire you use and UCA. Nothing wrong with your SPC's. Who did your alignment?

Zone Offroad with 3 degrees caster to offset lift. Your SPC's are adjustable. They can't be flipped upside down.

The SPC ball joint can be slid outward to adjust camber. You look like you've got plenty of adjustment on the lower control arm to counteract the upper camber adjustment, pull that upper ball joint out board!

    upload_2021-5-6_22-7-11.jpg

Next the ball joint appears to be on setting C? I'd go for setting B and tell them to shoot for 3.5-4 degrees of caster on the re-align. It'll handle much better.

You’ve yet to point out an issue or post a pic of your perceived problem. What do you want help with...? Looks fine to me. It’s not upside down and I don’t see any contact and your alignment is within spec.

This is also true, your first picture looks like there's a mile, I don't see any rubbing either.
