    Still rolling stock baby....
    Pot of pinto beans. Yup, simple but good food. Soaked over night, rinsed and placed in the crock pot around 4:30 this morning with a big ole smoked ham hock. Cooked on low till Noon, then salted to taste, added some garlic powder, 1/2 pound of smoked sausage and 1/2 pound of chorizo. Served with warmed flour tortillas.....

    Tomorrow beans and rice for lunch before work....
