    Flux capacitor!
Today I was driving on a local highway in San Antonio Texas. I noticed traffic was held up in the fast lane because of a gray 3rd gen TRD Tundra about six cars ahead of me. They were obviously not paying attention to the road because they were swerving 2 feet outside the lanes. It was frustrating to see another Tundra driver in and out of their lane and almost hitting the middle concrete barrier two different times. I'm always worried that someone on their phone or just not paying attention like that is going to hurt someone else.

What would you do if this happened several vehicles in front of you? I couldn't see the plate or get next to them because of traffic.

Probably nothing unless I suspect DUI. Cops are never nearby and if they are busy on other calls they won't attend this one.

Yeah not sure there's much you can do if you don't suspect illegal activity. But I'm with you, I HaTE when people or paying more attention to their phone then the road. Especially when its causing them to drive 10 under and holding everyone else up

Here in CA, they encourage folks to call 911 if they spot a drunk driver. Of course here they also encourage you to turn in safe-space encroachers, but I digress....

In Virginia, the MVA send you a nice letter in the mail that a concerned reported the vehicle for unsafe driving. - don't know if they still do this.

Live in Maryland and got one of those after splitting traffic on two wheels.

To answer your question, I usually safely back off and attempt to keep a safe distance from the Allstate insurance commercial actor "Mayhem" and laugh really hard
Just can't let Mayhem frustrate your day bro.
