Sold my 95 f250 today. Sad day. Only 71k on the clock. Guy who bought it is going to restore it though so that's good. KIMG0962.jpg KIMG0889.jpg KIMG1115.jpg

Doesn't look like it needs restoring. Unless you mean he is going to put a Toyota powerplant in it. Then thats good.

Those 7.3 L diesels that the 95' toted around were bulletproof. Best diesel Ford ever used.

@Wahayes if this was a gas truck then I wouldn't bat an eye. 71k on a 7.3 L is another story... I would definitely be crying in my cheerios unless you got around $10-15k for her.

I have a buddy who just scored a 97' extended cab long bed F350 for around that price with 100k miles. Sunk another $10k into a new front end, adjustable suspension, some mods and tuners, new lights, and a cab over camper. It'll go until he can't drive anymore. Solid trucks

That right there is the perfect ranch truck. Tough as nails, non-diesel, 5 speed.

My favorite truck is a 96-97 F-350. Always enjoyed driving and working those trucks.

I had a 97 F250 super cab with a 460. My favorite Ford body style and I had several Fords back when they were dependable. Sold it to buy a 99 when the new body style came out.

Well the good news about mpgs was it literally did not matter what you did you were going to get 11 mpg. I could load 1000 lbs in the back 11mpg, tow a trailer 11mpg, floor it everywhere 11 mpg, drive with the wind coasting downhill 11 mpg lol

Me too this was second in that body style. My Last one was a 2wd f150 a 96, I paid 2000 to buy it , it had 99k on it and overheated so I bought it , spent about 300 on water pump radiator and thermostat and it ran like a top until I sold it at 172k. Sold it for 2200 lol. Originally i bought that truck just to haul my dirt bike to our riding spot when i lived in san antonio but then i moved back to lubbock i made it my daily driver and sold my car i had at the time. When i moved i hauled a 6k trailer with it for 5.5 hours with 168k on it. Great trucks. Honestly wish I had kept that one.KIMG0034.jpg

These are the last of the great Fords(imho). I had an 89 F-250 RC 351W, C6. Was a great truck.

I have a 2000 7.3 4x4 5 speed manual for my welding rig...260k on the clock and still going strong. The interior is absolutely wrecked and she hates starting in the cold but she runs well
