I upgraded from 37s on 18s; progress to come. I have more cutting and hammering to do to make these fit when flexed or tucked offroad..

Most of the action and progress pics will probably end up on my Instagram feed (and stories): SPVRTAN; build information on my truck can be found here on my personal site: buildprint.io.

Nice! Tucking 40s! Time for the 'Sawzall' lift! Although you shouldn't have too much to trim. We went to town on my buddy's '84 Hi-Lux. IMG_0741.jpg IMG_0748.jpgIMG_0785.jpg

Hey Kris, kinda surprised you didn't go with the big tires ;). Holy smokes those things are HUGE. Way to go man. Are you still going to be able to make it through the In N Out drive thru ?

Lotta rubber, but if your not scared of some mods/cutting and doing what in necessary to run 40's, it is a lot of fun.

Then again, the drivetrain is gonna say "I hate you sir!"

Yup. Since I had my tools in the truck, I did some quick cuts in the parking lot before getting the alignment done. It pretty much clears at full lock on flat ground now but now I need to do more cutting and hammering to clear while tucked.

Plus the BFH lift -- as in taking my giant sledgehammer against the pinch welds and body. Nice rig, too! I've always loved the square bodies.

Same exact wheel model but just a size down (18s down to 17s) -- they're new.

Totally not afraid to cut and smash. The next big step to support these are gears and lockers.
