Back in my day, a sleep box was a coffin.

When you have kids and you're a stay home mom, you sleep while the babies do, time doesn't matter. WTF would we need a box to let us know it's OK to get up? I got up when I was ready to get up. No box gonna tell me when I can and cannot sleep!

    NOW GET OFF MY LAWN!!!

I sleep till 6:30. But usually up before the alarm. Just not moving until I smell coffee. Weekends sleep in till 7-8 when I wake naturally. Not a morning person. I can stay up all night no problem.

I work second shift. I'm usually not asleep until 2-4am. Wake up around 10 then go run errands and be at work by noon
