Got some of those Boba Fett rubber inserts for the bottom of cup holders but they need to be trimmed down to fit. Anybody done this? what diameter works for these?

    Thanks.

I got them for Christmas. We are screwed. I cut the outermost ring off and that caused it to be too small to fit in there snuggly.

Cut a few test paper circles so you know exactly.

    I know.

My Amazon purchase link is no longer active. If it wasn't -20 out, I'd go measure them....but they look identical to the ones I use. Mine have a small gap, just enough so they fit without rubbing and I have 3m tape on back to keep them in place.

Edit....yup, I order 2.75 and am happy with them.

Wonder what the best way to cut them once I figure out the right size.

Find a soup can with a hard ridgid edge that is the correct size, place it on the underside of your coaster, centered and use a sharp Xacto..

No easy way to cut circles and make them look clean and professional.
