Should I install new UCA if I'm putting new bilstein 6112/5160 with 2.5" on front and 1" on the back with 35/12.5/20. It will mostly be driven on pavement roads and occasionally dunes, fire road etc.

    Alot of them
The stock UCA is good until you hit 3 inches of lift. Anything 3 inches or higher it is recommended to replace them to get a correct alignment. The issue that I am wondering about is the 35x12.50 fitting. Wheel offset is a key player in that, and usually a body mount chop is required to prevent rubbing. I'm not even sure if 2.5 in the front is tall enough for 35's. Look around on Custom Offsets.

The current setup it has(how I bought it) is 3/1 spacer lift with, BMC, custom bumper and 1" wheel offset.
