Should I get my alignment redone?

I recently installed eibach coilovers with one driver side shim, 295/70/18 on the stock trd wheels, along with toytec shackles set at 1”. Truck leveled out perfectly.

Had Firestone do the alignment while they mounted my tires and it feels like I’m having to correct my steering constantly, also my steering wheel isn’t straight which drives me nuts. This isn’t my first lifted tundra so I understand the differences after larger tires and suspension upgrades.

Question being... your 'after measurements' show everything in the 'green' (expect right caster, which is only slightly out), but is green indicating OE specs or is green indicating proper alignment specs for your rig after the suspension modifications were done???

Regarding the non-centered steering wheel... that, in of itself, would be enough to take the truck right back to have it completed properly

You had excessive toe before and they fixed that... supposedly. Looks like they didn't touch your LCA cams, just did the tie rods. Caster is at the bare minimum which might be causing the wander.

If you can install the front shocks, you should probably just do your own alignments. It isn't that hard.

    Too many, but not enough....
You want your total toe around 15, that would be my main concern for tire life. The steering wheel thing gets me too but in and of itself, not a problem if it's slight

I paid for the lifetime alignment with Firestone but I honestly don’t trust them now. I’m getting my oil changed Thursday at the local Toyota dealership, I’ll let them try to get an alignment on it. They’ve done good in the past with alignment’s for me.

I wouldn't think you would need UCA's if you only have 2.5 inches of lift in the front, if you went 3 or above with the addition of your shim then you may need a set of UCA's to help dial in the alignment. I personally went 3 inches in the front, never put in UCA's-although they are sitting in the garage waiting to be installed at some point, and have never had the steering wheel issue that you are describing. The steering wheel being not straight means they screwed up and would have nothing to do with your current setup. Agree with taking it somewhere else and seeing if they can correct it.

This is the 3rd tundra I’ve lifted with the same equipment, driver side shim and all. Never need ucas before. I think I just got a half a** alignment

This is the first time it's been aligned after lifting? I'd use the LCA cams to move the wheels forward and give you more caster. Adjust the front pivot in all the way, then adjust the rear to zero camber. Then adjust the tie rod for toe.

Yeah it is. Good points, makes sense. I don’t think a tech will listen to me if I told them that though.

They don't want to mess with the LCA cams! And I don't blame them. If it's a high mileage vehicle in the rust belt, those bolts could be rusted solid. Even if not they are like 200ft-lb bolts and any adjustment changes caster and camber simultaneously. But caster isn't so critical... with a lot being best usually, and especially with stock UCAs and a lift, which is why I say pull the front pivot in all the way and just fiddle with the rear ones to tune camber. You might have to make some clearance at the front of your wheelwell, but that's not hard.

Most of these places will just adjust the tie rods for toe, which is much easier.

it will drive significantly better with the massive amount of caster uca’s will add.

I wanted to think firestone didnt mess with your lca bolts, but they something else seems very odd. If you installed a lift, why was your camber perfect in their before measurements?

    Update:

Took it to my local dealer who’s always been good. They said the alignment was horrible and they realigned it. Drives so much better now.

Pretty ridiculous.....glad they were able to take care of it. I'd be getting my money back from that lifetime alignment program. I signed up for a 3 year alignment at NTB and they actually do a decent job of aligning it, but always try to sell me on something else while it's there. I think those programs don't really get any money out of doing the alignments so they don't put too much effort into it if you are not purchasing another service

I go to a local tire shop that does TT, RV, and lifted trucks. They always get my alignments right. Here's today's sheet:
