Just calculated gas milage for my 5.7 v8 trd rock warrior at 10mpg mostly highway. I don't have a lead foot and i keep it around 70 on the highway.
I'm pretty sure I should be getting better milage but I'm not sure. Any suggestions?

Definitely very low. Are you lifted? Bigger tires?

Does sound pretty low. I'm running 3" lift with 34.6" KO2s and I'm getting around 15.4 mostly highway. I'm betting its a dirty air filter.

    CORRECT!
My apologies. Somewhere in my glove box I read 4.10 when I bought the truck. Further research is 4.30

    Door Jam sticker say's A/TM: BO2A/AB60F (4.30/6 Speed)

I'm averaging around 11.3 with my setup. Also all my driving is at a mile high in altitude and up.

I have a '16 CM w/ 7" lift on 37" tires and was averaging 9mpg until I installed my hypertech inline speedometer and corrected my speed and mileage now avg is 13.5-14 through 3 tanks of fuel. All city basically and light foot until I can regear

That doesn't make sense to me. Your 37 inch tire's circumference is only about 16 % larger than that of the stock, yet your gain in mpg is 53 %. Was there something else going on besides the calibrator (like winter/summer blend, etc.)?

OP - You are in OH and with this cold temps plus winter gas mixture...MPG sucks bad. Even with my stock '16 5.7L I only got around 12 mpg.

Well in Arizona I don't think we really have a winter blend - it's still reaching the 70's during the day. This is off the trucks reading. Haven't done a manual calculation yet

I get on highway about 17.2 and around 14-14.5 city. A dirty intake filter can definitely rob power or under inflated tires. I thought the rock warrior was out of production a while ago.

I range between 14-18 mpg. If I stay at or under 2000 rpm (75 mph) at highway speeds I do best...

Nice. Best I've averaged is 14.6mpg on the highway. Granted my truck is a month old and I only have 1200 miles on it. I assume it will get better as I put a few more miles on it. My Tacoma was the same way for the first couple thousand miles then it went way up.

I've had my Tundra for a little over a month with 1800 miles and I've been averaging 12.2mpg. This is 90%city driving.

I do have a CAI and dual exhaust to help it breath. I also have a Bully Dog Premium GT tuner in it. All of which seem to work well together...

Just back from a 300 mile road trip today, mostly Interstate (75mph) and Turnpike (84mph) with some city driving. Running 87 100% gas and got 17.6mpg.....a good result?

I just took my new 17 SR5 DC from Charlotte NC to Ft Lauderdale FL 710 miles and averaged 18.2 mpg. I also did the math in case the on board display was wrong and calculated 18.1. I drove between 60-75 mph. I am pleased with this number.

I was getting 12.8 with TRD exhaust and TRD CAI before I reset computer my disconnecting the neg battery terminal. Yes, it's a pain in the ass to redo the stations and satellite radio, but now I average 14.7 -15.2 mpg. (I was romping all around when I got the exhaust) This computer actually REprograms to your driving/habits, so if you are playing around, I would give this a shot.

I like it. There are several different systems you can set it to monitor up to four at one time on the screen. They can be set up as either gauges or digital displays. You can also set different tunes up such as a performance, economy and tow. It comes with the windshield mount that mounts it anywhere you want it. You can also change the the color of the back ground and color of the writing.
