Hey guys, and gals too. ( cant leave out the pretty ladies on here too ). When you sell things off the forum and need to ship across the country for instance, how do you take payment ? I have only ever sold things off craigslist local in town. I don't have a paypal account or anything like that. What options are their ? Thanks for any advice.

Paypal will make it easier for you, but also easier for the buyer.

No chance I'm buying anything over the internet without protection.

PayPal or nothing. I have been screwed over before (not on here) mailing a check like an idiot, only lost $25 but it's the point.

When you buy using PayPal make sure to state the funds are for a purchase, not a gift. You don't get any protection if you send it as a gift.

There are some fees for PayPal, I don't know them off hand and I'm too lazy to look. I think the fees are only on the seller though.
