2008 Tundra

Having issues with the secondary air injection pump control module. If I get a new one for bank one, does anyone know if it has to be programmed or is it plug and play?
Truck has derated. Already replaced both air pumps and valves. No change. Found what appears to be a loose connection on connection to control module so it looks like it fried it .
Any help would be great.
