Anybody use this way of adjusting your side view mirrors? I just adjusted my mirrors to use this way... and sure it does work but is awkward at first. And it makes backing into spots a major pain in the ass... As I use the side view mirrors as a way to judge distance another vehicle is to the side of my truck when parking. Yes I know we have a rear view camera, and that works great when your backing straight back but I cant see the corner of the bumper that way... So if you use this setup do you have any tricks to backing in into parking spots? Cause right now I have to basically stick my head to the window to see what i need to see... and that sucks... lol Let me know what you guys think

I've been adjusting my mirrors like this for years. The great thing about my last several cars (Hondas) was that when the car was put in reverse, whichever mirror the adjuster switch was set on would rotate in and down, making it easy to back into spots. Unfortunately our trucks don't do this. My solution was to make my driver 2 setting the exact same except the mirrors are turned inward and down. The problem is I have to put the truck into Park to switch driver settings, which is kind of a hassle, but at least it still gives me that feature.
For people that don't have drivers 1 and 2 settings I wish I had a solution for you, but I don't. :sorry:

Not a fan. Too many may rely on this opposed to actually having to look before changing lanes. Just my .02
