After close to 200k miles on my 2000 Tundra it started idling rough one night all of a sudden.
After replacing spark plugs ,checking coil packs ,throttle body, map sensor, cam sensor and fuel injectors,no issues found there.
I'm going to run a fuel pressure test and fuel filter inspection next.
No codes show up on the ob2 scanner.
Am I barking up the wrong tree here?

Cheap start is to clean your throttle body and your MAF sensor. Changing fuel filter is good. Make sure your fuel station is giving good product. Add some fuel injector cleaner to a few tanks. Let us know how it goes.

Might be throttle body gear box needing repair. Saw this can be a problem while watching youtubes about other repairs stuff. Guy had similar problem and disassembled gear box and re-lubed with white lithium. Make any headway on this?

Compression test and a vacuum leak check on the intake manifold are some places I’d be looking sooner than later.
