What's a good rim brand for Tundra? I see a lot of people with fuel rims? I was leaning towards that, but want everyone else opinion. What shoes you guys got on your Tundras? Thank you to everyone for the help..... I haven't put any rims on any vehicle before, let alone custom rims straight from the dealer. That was on a Mercedes. Gave that car to my bro. Bought a tundra, now I'm in love. Again, thanks.

Lots of good brands out there. Just find a style you like at the price point you're looking for and let it roll. Look in the cement truck pic thread for ideas too.

I have Mickey Thompsons and not a lot of people have them, but I got 'em because it was the style I liked and a price I was willing to pay.

    Good luck.

Fuel, Method, Icon, SCS, Black Rhino and tons of others. Just keep searching. I wasnt sure what i was going to go with until i saw the ones i got. When i saw them i instantly new. Just keep shopping, the right wheel, for you, will pop up, and youll know it as soon as you see it.

If you don’t get hub centric, don’t forget to get the correct lugs.

This. I would recommend hub centric just for that extra level of comfort. It will narrow down the options though.

Fuel = mass produced rims not specific to any vehicle. They drill the lug pattern based on the order.

Method/SCS are actually made for our trucks. Big difference in quality.

Did I need to lift it for 20 inch rims? Don't want to rub or anything. Will they even fit? Again gotta think on tire fitment. Thanks everyone.

You going off road ever? 18’s would be a better bet but you would have no problem fitting 20’s (research the best offset first).

I'm never going hardcore offroading, but to the mountains on gravel, rock, whatever the dirt roads throw at me, etc.

No need to lift for 20" rims if you keep stock tire size (Many trims come standard OEM with 20" rims and 275/55/R20 which is a 31.9" OD). If you do 20" rims with 35 OD tires you will have to lift (or level at least).
You might be able to go up to 275/60/R20 without a lift or level.

I went with 17" Icon Rebounds, which are hub centric rims (also old school and remember calling them "rims"). Aside from the added benefit of the extra sidewall offered by 17" rims, the tires in that size are also a bit cheaper than those for 20", which is another reason I went with them. Icon also makes 17" Six Speed hub centric wheels for our Tundras. Otherwise, you have a much greater selection of wheels in the 18" size. I don't know much about what's offered in the 20" size as I've never looked for those. Either way, be sure to post pics of whatever wheels you get!

@deedubb lightest wheels for our trucks are the fn wheels, 17 or 18" is what they have. Method wheels, icon, scs and of course the rock warrior wheels.

I'm thinking of either these 2 rims, what does everyone think? Don't mind the size underneath the rim picture. I'm looking at rim size in between 18 and 20 inches.

If I were to do it again, I would get lighter rims, and tires smaller than 295/70R18. 2mpg hit, maybe more.

i had never seen or heard of those, but they look nice. Make sure you get the right bolt pattern (5x150mm). Also, the less offset, the more they stick out and the greater the potential of rubbing the front bumper plastic piece. Personally, I'd go with 18" rims over 20" because the tires are less expensive.

Forgot to mention that the stock offset is about 55-60+ mm. The consensus is that +25-35 is a good offset.
