So I just got my Rigid SAE 30" light bar to put in my C4 hybrid front bumper, as soon as it's done getting powder coated, and I want to hook it up to my Spod. The harness that is provided by Rigid has 2 relays and a 40 amp fuse. I know that Spod says you dont have to use the harness because the fuse and relays are built in to the switch panel however, the harness doesn't look so easy to just cut fuse and relays off and splice to the shorter section of where the battery terminals connect. This is what it looks like.

Has anyone done this? It doesn't look like rigid makes a direct plug and play harness for this type of light connection like they make for their D series lights. Like this.

I’ve got 2 SR30 in my Tacoma and an SR40 in my tundra and I just chopped off the harness right after the relay and connected it to my switch pro. Not sure why that harness has 2 relays instead of one.

you can give rigid a quick call and ask, I called them once about something and I was able to talk to someone right away and get my question answered.

Call , sPOD they will help you out. They have great customer service. I'm not familiar with Rigid but it looks like your light is multifunction or is 2 separate lights made into one.

    Thanks.
I think you're correct. I believe that the Rigid symbol in the middle of the light, lights up as well.

Looking closer at the first picture you posted, there are 4 wires going to the light - I only saw 2 when I first looked so I was confused.

It’ll be 2 positive and ground wires. Depending on how it is switched, you could hook each one to a switch on the Spod, or connect them both to the same switch if you don’t care to control them individually.
