I have this grill on my 2014 and I'm having a problem with the large light bar moving to where its always pointing up in the trees. I know I just need to tighten the bolts, but is there an easy way to do this? It was on the truck when I bought it and as I looked at it last night it looks like I have to take the whole grill off...Please tell me no, or tell me that it's a piece of cake to take off!!

    Thanks,

I don't have that grill and I dont think many guys on here do. Maybe Rigid could help ya?

I will say its not very hard to take off the grill. Anytime you are dealing with plastic its best to do it when it's not cold to prevent any cracking, etc.

Lock washers? My friend has the same issue on his roof lightbar, I think between some lock tite and lock washers his issue was solved.
