RIGID Fog Light Question

    Picked up this 2019 back in November. Notice that the fog lamps "float" in the bezel. Like to the point where I hit a bump in the road and I can see the light pattern shimmer and shake. Is this as designed? Haven't looked at how to get in there and tighten them down if it isn't.
