Anyone having any issues with condensation building up inside the lenses?

This is happening in both lenses

Only on the expensive ones, not the lower cost ones. Rough county says to open and play with the vent screw. Probably the same for rigid.

I did that the first time. Of course the condensation was gone. I showed him pics and he said it wasn't enough to start a claim. He tried to replicate it by pouring water and blowing heat on them but since he couldn't replicate it he said there was nothing else they could do. I text the service manager the pics this morning so I'll see what he comes back with at this point.

Call Rigid and talk to Customer Service... It’s worth a shot !

Rigid won't do anything for the OE lights, you have to go back to the dealer for warranty.

I had this happened once to my headlights on a brand new tacoma. Dealer had the regional rep look at it and he said it was normal. Oh I was furious. These reps have no clue what they are talking about. Hopefully dealer fix issue for op.

Even if they send a rep there’s times they dont wanna fix your stuff. My tundra seat brackets were broken, seat rocked back amd forth. Dealer said it it was normal. Rep said it was normal and corp refused to fix since rep said it was normal, but yet refused to talk to me or show me the spec sheet. Went to different dealer and problem fixed no questions asked.
