    Starting a 9 day off stretch today

    head to good ole Wally World this morning and always prowl the meat dept looking for discounts.

    scored these slabs of ribs and got one going on the egg now

    should be done in about 4 hours or so

    I cut them in half so they fit on the egg better.

    3-1/2 hours at 250. Egg held temp like a champ. enjoy. Still have half the side left for tomorrow
