Retrax Pro XR w/bedrug and rails

Hi folks, waiting on my Retrax Pro XR to arrive and I also have ordered the Bedrug full liner. So my question is, can I install the bed rails over the bedrug and then install the Retrax Pro. Will the Bedrug throw off the rails and make the Retrax not fit. My plan is to cut holes into the bedrug and mount the rails directly over rug vs cutting around.

Yes as long as you install then rails where they were. I don't have a bed rug. But I do have the same Retrax cover and I will tell you it does leak a little mostly around the sides of the tailgate. So your bed rug may get a little wet.
