Does anyone know how to reset the airbag light staying on all the time on a 2014 Tundra Platinum? Any help is greatly appreciated.

scan for codes, see which one it is for a better understanding, or more specific place...
    in the mean time
check your under seat connectors, you may have one that is being disturbed by carpet, debris, has been knocked off the connector or damaged.
Clock spring behind the steering wheel airbag may also be the culprit, but first codes before this.

OBD2 scanner comes up with no codes. Plugs under both front seats plugged in tight.

curiosity question, does your obd2 reader read airbag codes?? I had one that only gave P codes and no more... the one I have now which replaced my previous one does, and I've compared both initially to note capabilities...

I think mine only gives P codes. I didn’t know they made an airbag reader but will look for one to buy. What brand and model do you have?

if you don't have to buy it, don't.... go to your local auto shop, they usually have those big expensive ones that can read pretty much everything... Just make sure they look at the Asian market, lol... when my obd2 reader went down, I went to the O'reilly's to find out why my Celica's CEL was on (I knew, just wanted the 2nd code which I couldn't read because the button on the reader was broken), and they couldn't find my car, because they were looking in the Domestic market, LOL... Toyota is not Domestic market, lol

Looks like I’m gonna have to buy the scanner. Autozone, advanced Auto Parts and O’reilly auto parts said they don’t have scanners for SRS.

I also disconnected the negative on the battery to unplug the yellow airbag plug under the front seats but couldn’t. Anyone know the trick to unplug these airbag plugs?

I just went to a local auto repair shop and had them check the airbag light being on. Their scanner said it was the front left airbag sensor. It was actually unplugged so he plugged it back in and reset it and charged me 50 bucks. Here’s the sad thing, he pocketed that 50 dollars instead of putting in for the shop. I feel bad for the shop owner. Thank you to everyone that helped me out on this issue.

My '13 Sequoia Limited sprung the SRS error, Techstream said P1660 & 1661. 1660 cleared, 1661 keeps coming back. I looked up possible solutions & found check the under seat connections. They are fine.

It's the oddest thing, 1/2 the time it has no error. How can there be no change yet it works/doesn't?

385 mile drive back from L.A. with 4 "reboots" (stops) no errors. WTF??
