Hi all !! I just bought a 2002 Tundra SR5 Access Cab. Mechanic says right rear leaf spring clamp is broken, so looking to replace both sides with new leaf springs. Truck used pretty much as a passenger vehicle to tote dirt bike around, no heavy duty off roading or towing. Looking for suggestions to replace springs, but also keep the cost down. Also what hardware and sizes to order, i.e. ubolts, shackles, etc. Thanks.

TC long travel. Deaver 420 SU leaf packs.
Wrecking yard. But, if just a clamp is broken can you replace that instead of new leafs?

Alcan will make an excellent replacement set that is 1/2 the price of OEM, stock height & payload.

I have used Alcan replacement leaf packs twice for Toyota trucks, they are
so much better than OEM and you can specify added lift & capacity if you want.

You could have you leafs rebuilt if you have spring shop near you. You might even be able to find a machine shops that can rebuild them.

Alcan can build em to increase lift, or in my case stock height. They ride smooth but can carry much heavier loads than OEM without the sag. I think they are called progressive??
