Removing the bolts on the Black Rhino Wheels?

    TRD sway bar...addictive audio sub woofer.....Volant intake.....Black Rhino Glamis wheels....Billstein adjustable shocks
    Can I remove the stainless steel bolts on the wheels with them being mounted and fully aired up or do I have to un mount the rims to remove and replace this bolts with black ones?

    I have black rhino fury wheels and my bolts come out without airing down. They don’t go through all the way
