does anybody know how to remove the front tow hooks? I saw someone’s truck on here with red ones and it was pretty dope.

Remove the two bolts for each to remove. I used my compressor and air impact but I'm sure you can get it done with a breaker bar.

Thanks! It is an Aries 4" textured finish bull bar. No scrape or rub on my Gen 3, the bull bar is infinitely adjustable. The light bar is a cheapie I bought on Ebay. It is IP 68 rated, 180 watts, and no problems in the two years I've had it. The bull bar came with a flimsy front skid plate but I took it off.

I had them remove mine for me when I got my oil chanced and tires rotated, because I could not get them to break free by hand with just the sockets I had. I plan to do mine red when I get the chance too.

When I installed the Pro Skid Plate, I had to remove the tow hooks. After installation, the instructions said:

"Reinstall the tow hooks and torque the tow hook bolts to 43 ft-lbf (59 N-m)"
