    Hey all,

new to the forum! But looking to install a switch panel and lights in the bed of my 02 tundra. Just looking to see if anyone has done it? And what their process was! I have pictures of what I’m installing. IMG_7326.jpg IMG_7327.jpg IMG_7327.jpg IMG_7328.jpg

There’s at least a couple threads in here on the subject.

They make a switch that attaches to the gas struts that turn the light on whenever you open the topper.
Think maybe @KNABORES has a set on one or both of his trucks.

As long as you're running power to the bed, I would suggest adding a 12V receptacle back there as well.

    I made a DIY version

out of Home Depot stuff and it works great, but if I were doing it over I'd probably use one of these junction boxes https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08394K2LZ?th=1
like @dittothat posted in this thread. https://www.tundras.com/threads/12v-outlet-install-in-bed.126515/#post-3266348

I'm ready! Can't wait to shed the fullsuit for a few months.

I've been drydocked for awhile too, had a squamos cell thing taken out of my calf. Popped a couple of the sutures apparently and it's taking forever to heal.

Yeah, they took a pretty big hunk o' meat  but considering this was my first visit to a dermatologist after 48 years of surfing and they only found the one problem, I'll take it!

PT reminded me on Tuesday that his goal is to not only get me back to jogging normally but get me dunking!

Told him I’d be betting against myself
