I need some help on what size speaker will fit in the rear door of a 2010 Double Cab. I have read that most people are using a 6.5" speaker. Crutchfield says the rears are 5.25". I talked to an advisor and he said none of the 6.5" coaxial speakers will fit, but a couple of the 6.5" components do. Looking at the specs they appear to be about the same. When I questioned them they said all the 6.5" speakers sit higher than the components do. He said there is only .243" of space between the speaker and the door panel and the coaxial set I was looking at is .825". Has anyone used a 6.5" speaker and didn't need to make any major modifications to get them to fit?
