Rear brake proportioning bracket

Hey guys, I have a 5" tuff country lift and it came with a rear brake proportioning bracket. I put the lift on years and years ago, and that piece got thrown away and I cut a new piece out of aluminium. And just recently that piece has broken. Wondering what the correct dimensions might be with someone with a similar lift.

This might help or get you close. This is a 5 inch Tuff Country on a 2002 Tacoma that I installed years ago. The truck is still in the family, I was able to walk into the back yard and take a pic where it is currently in drydock until my Son returns from sea. Hope that helps.
