Hi guys, first post here. I'm a long time Land Cruiser guy working on my friends 2003 Tundra 4.7.

I replaced the starter with a new oem (not refurbished) toyota 2.0 starter. The rig will not start. No click, nothing.

    The battery is new.

Any help or advice is much appreciated!

    Thank you!

Thank you for the help. I pulled the intake off again and found the black connector wasn't completely plugged in. All is well now.

The rig is for a friend who's preparing for a long overlanding trip. I replaced the timing belt, tensioner, idler pulleys, water pump, alternator, starter, fuel filter, spark plugs, serpentine belt, radiator, all coolant and ventilation hoses. This was my first time working on a 2uz-fe... my only complant is the starter bolts. It took an hour to remove three bolts!

    Thanks again!
