Looks like it will depend on what you ordered and what they have ready to go? I order just the engine skid and
I can confirm my skid plate order from yesterday has already shipped. FedEx's delivery ETA is for Thursday

Just ordered a Rear Diff Skid!!

    I'm going to have a Franken-Tundra....

    White Knuckle sliders
    P&P Front Skid
    RCI Mid-Skids
    RCI Diff Skid
    OEM Gas Skid

Glad to have the Diff Skid though! I remember chasing @osidepunker across the Mojave from Barstow to Trona and the ruts were so deep that my rear diff was scraping dirt for miles at a time. Also pulled into my favorite camp spot in Anza Borrego once and didn't notice the large rock that had been moved until it got "intimate" w/ my rear diff.

Overall I'd have to say that while the rear diff is pretty beefy, it is ALSO the spot that hits the most!!

How will each customer be notified of the ship times?

You'll get a shipping notification when your order ships. Orders that don't include sliders will ship pretty quick. The longer you wait to order, the longer the potential lead time.

Will the RCI skid plate fit a 2008 2wd tundra. I hear that they only fit 4wd tundra?

Wish the sliders worked with a double cab :-/ ...I’ll wait for those to come out, other than that at least I’ve got the skids on the way!

Sorry newb question maybe... what’s the difference in the mounting options for the bed rack?

Are there any advantages/disadvantages to one or the other?

No idea but I was "trying" to communicate with RCI and I asked them the question if their front skid would work with a nFab RDS bumper and I got no response

Checkout @joonbug 's build page. He had to do some cutting to get the RCI skid to work with the ADD bumper:
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/joonbugs-build.8860/page-41#post-773532

A number of people are running the RCI skid and with the MRDS bumper. If you have a diff drop the front lip of the skid can go in front of the MRDS skid. Others have trimmed either the RCI skid or the MRDS skid to make the two fit. There are picts in the n-Fab Bumper BS Thread:
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/n-fab-bumper-bs-thread.22161/

Oh yeah... that was a major pain in the dick. Took me a couple of hours laying under the truck just to figure out how I was going to cut it. PM me if you have any questions. Do you already have the ADD Lite? Haven't seen one on another tundra yet.

I'll definitely PM you if I have any questions and I've had the ADD Add Lite bumper with top hoop for a little over a month now and love it. Probably needs a drain hole at the bottom since it seems to pool water there.
