3 in lift, 2in wheel spacers. Tinted all the way around Stock platinum wheels and tires
Hi all. I currently have the above mods, and was wondering if, with these mods, i would be able to achieve another 2.5 in of lift in the front if i were to install bilstein adjustable 5100 shocks.

    Thanks for your time.

i only have the 3 in leveling kit, not the shocks yet.

I'm not an expert but I dont think you will be able to achieve this without a suspension lift kit. For instance a lift kit would come with extended knuckles and a diff drop kit to get your angles for alignment back to normal. Also you CV axels would be way out wack without a diff drop kit in place. The only way I think you could get 3" more lift would be from a body lift kit. they are cheep but not the way i would want to lift a truck.

I’m running 5100’s at 2.5. Not goofing up my CV axles and don’t need a diff drop but if I went more than this I’d do a diff drop and new upper control arms.

No diff drop needed for 5100’s on top setting?

I think I’m reading your question right.

You have a 3” spacer lift and are wondering if adding Bilstein 5100 shocks set at 2.5” will work correct?

If that’s your question I would say no. That is not a good way to achieve a 6” lift. There is more to lifting that high than just the Coilovers. You will need a bracket lift.

Bad idea, no actually really bad idea. As stated above, for a 6 inch lift a bracket lift would be your cheapest solution.
The angles you'd induce with what you are inquiring about would be virtually unalingnable. Plus too stiff to be useful.

No. Never stack lifting parts. One or the other. If you want more lift, you have to go with a lift kit that provides the drop down for the front crossmember and taller spindles.

3" lift, 33” tires open country AT2, 18" Mayhem rims, flowmaster exhaust, K&N intake, smoke rear lights and 3rd brake light. Optima RED Top battery, LED Lights all around, Mesh black Grill, Alpine double dash Nav head unit. Suspension 5160s rear 5100s front.
So can you have a 3” leveling kit and have 5100s set at zero and that be ok? Cause even at zero their is still a slight lift.

    Alot of them
I wouldn't do it. You are already pushing the bounds of you UCA when it comes to travel and alignment.

This is a big negative..And if you attempt it your cv axles will probably be at a 45 degree angle.
