    Stock for now
Good afternoon, I’m new to the group and looking forward to learning a lot about my new build. I have a 2019 TRD sport Tundra. My question is the truck came with 20” wheels and being old school I’d like to put 18” rims with larger tires. I had one tire store tell me I can’t change to 18” rims because of the clearance in the brakes. Can anyone tell me it’s okay to swap to 18’s with no brake clearance issues?
Thanks for any help in advance!
    Bob

O believe your fine. Just measure if you have 1" to spare between the calipers and the wheel you will be ok. The breaks I dont believe have changed from the 2nd gen tundra and 3rd. And I have 18" wheels on my truck.

Plenty of 07+ tundra with 17s, even one trim came with 17s stock. As long as the wheels have the right bolt pattern and offset you're good on 18s
