Winter is coming and this old driver would really like to settle into a warm seat for the short and long trips. My truck is an SR5 ext cab. Is it possible without a major modification to switch in a salvaged heated seat from, say, an LTD model?

Not sure how much salvaged seats are but when I got my Katzkin leather kit put in, I had them install seat warmers for $100 a seat. You can find universal seat warmer kits that install under your upholstery for about $30-$60 on Amazon.
