Purple Power, or Purple Power Boat and RV Wash?

    Can the regular PP be used as a strip wash (diluted obviously), or should only the Boat and RV wash be used for stripping old waxes and finishes? The label on the high octane version says not to use on automotive paint......

    I did search before posting this....couldn't find a definitive answer.

    I probably wouldn't use if it says not for use on auto paint. If you are really wanting to strip everything, could just fine clay and you would know 100% you are working on bare paint

    I’ve heard Obsessed Garage’s decon paint is pretty good, but haven’t tried it myself.

    The Vehicle and Boat wash by Purple Power is safe for painted finishes, and is a good first step in your stripping process.
