I'm working on the bottom brackets right now. It won't actually sit against or touch any of the trucks metal bracing.

Finished with mounting the intercooler. Made a few bends in those straight brackets for the bottom, then self tapping screws to hold it on. The top brackets are bolted into factory M8 bolt holes.

No gotta figure out the transmission cooler again

And I'm done for the night. Had to take the Setrab trans cooler mount apart and flip it around as well as all the bolts. It's tight but both it and the intercooler are mounted in their new home!

Wow. 4 stacked liquid to air cooling devices. Will be interested to see how they all work in the same space. Any fan upgrades planned?

Not yet. It should be fine. 2019+ don't come with a trans cooler so don't think that one will suffer. Behind it is the AC condenser then radiator behind it. They should have enough airflow still. Will look into replacing the belt driven fan with an e-fan if becomes an issue

Fuel pump install done. Now on to the fuel line upgrades. Reinstalling tank tomorrow with help from a friend

Tip: if you don't have a special tank ring removal tool, you can use a large flathead or chisel, a rag, and large hammer. Wrap chisel end with rag and place against fin. Intermittently hit different fins to unscrew. Also take a pic before removing so you know how tight to go on reinstall

Placed an order for tires while I'm waiting on supercharger parts. Scheduled to be installed by a mobile installer next Saturday. Had a really good experience with this company last time.

These are my all time favorite wheels. Make sure the center caps are very secure, at this time they are nearly impossible to find.

Thanks! They didn't even come with caps! Lol. I had to ask the seller and thankfully they had two. They are very much impossible to find and I have feeler out everywhere looking for more. Plan is to grad the dimensions off the ones I do have, and order some other TRD center caps to cut up till they work.

Just removed the rear mud flaps and cleaned up the garage little. Better pic of truck with new wheels. Front end should come down just a little when I add the 100lbs of supercharger parts and TRD Skid plate

@e30cabrio these are the fittings I settled on for the FB Intercooler. 45* fitting will be in the top intercooler outlet, straight fitting will be in the bottom. The two 90* fittings will be used to make the 180* turn the tubes need to make, going from the intercooler pump to the bottom intercooler outlet

Pretty sure we can get away with cutting up the supplied intercooler tubes to make it work, but it not just need to hit up the automotive store for 3/4" ID hose

I'll have to check that and get back to you. I only have the hoses that came with the TRD Hose Kit, but some of the instructions say to cut them shorter. New fittings arrive Wed and Thursday so can update then.

Mounting LED Grill Emblem. Had to drill out two small guide holes in grill for new emblem since the current ones don't line up. Then I removed the tabs around the outer edges of the LED emblem, so I didn't have to make more holes in grill for those. I'll just use some double sided emblem tap to secure it.
