Just bought a VXDIAG Nano with that came with V15 of techstream. I followed their install instructions to the letter. I now have techstream installed and made sure the Nano will connect to my laptop through their VX manager. So far so good.

However I'm stuck when i try to "connect to vehicle" through techstream. Im prompted to "register techstream software" and asked for a new key. I then put in the key that they gave me but when I do that, I'm sent to GlobalTechStream.com and asked for my Login ID and password.

Their instructions show that i just click "connect to vehicle" then input my vehicle info and I'm good to go. I wasn't so lucky.

FWIW I'm trying to reset the alcohol/fuel% on my 2013 5.7 CM.

Also, I'm running windows XP(32bit) through a VM with VirtualBox on a 2013 MacBook Pro.
