    I wasn’t thinking correctly. It had come to mind that different sections of the hood were exposed to more heat from the engine. I didn’t snap that the hood wasn’t installed on a vehicle during the test, so yeah, they were all exposed to the same conditions.

    Definite props to the guy who took the time to do this.
